Mission Point Nursing & Rehabilitation Center of Holly opened its doors in the historic downtown Holly area in April 2017.

Our facility offers a wide continuum of nursing and rehabilitation services to help our residents reach their ultimate healthcare goals.  We offer a comfortable and caring environment, always providing the highest level of quality, dignity and respect for our residents.  With our special focus on short-term and physical rehabilitation stays, Mission Point of Holly provides our residents with access to highly trained and specialized nurses, therapists and caregivers, to ensure healthy and successful recoveries.

Our 66-bed nursing and rehabilitation facility consists of 48 private suites, each one beautifully decorated with its own private bathroom and shower facility, private telephone, individual temperature control, and personal entertainment system.  Our dining room overlooks the picturesque Shiawassee River, where our residents can relax and dine in comfort, while watching deer, birds and other wildlife play along the river bed. Our top notch culinary team provides a daily selection of healthy and nutritious meals, consulting with each resident individually as to their particular preferences and needs.

Michigan Sports & Spine Center Partnership
Dr. Pierce’s team from Michigan Sports & Spine Center will be conducting initial consultations on Rehabilitation residents and following up with them two times a week to assess for pain relief and rehabilitation advancement. They will work closely with the Therapy and Nursing team from Mission Point Holly each week to help the residents meet and exceed rehabilitation goals.

Superior Health Quality Alliance
Mission Point of Holly has enrolled with Superior Health Quality Alliance (Superior Health) to participate in the Nursing Home Quality Improvement Collaborative. Together, and along with other nursing home facilities, they will work to improve health outcomes for their residents by working to meet goals established by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
Over the next five years, Superior Health, Mission Point of Holly and nearly 900 other nursing homes will work together to improve nursing home quality, decrease opioid misuse and improve behavioral health, increase patient safety and improve care transition quality.
By joining this initiative, Mission Point of Holly, demonstrates a commitment to continued improvement in the quality of health and health care for the residents they serve.
