The Bay at Cranbrook is a 39 bed facility, all on one floor, with a variety of room styles. It is a secure facility, making it ideal for caring for patients with Dementia, Alzheimer’s Disease and those with behavioral issues. In addition, our enclosed courtyard allows a safe and secure environment for residents to take a break and enjoy the outdoors.

We offer a full range of therapy and care programs to help residents return to their highest level of functioning, skills and independence. These include 24/7 Nursing Care, Rehabilitative and Restorative Therapies, Medication Administration and Management, Behavioral and Psychiatric Care, Dietary and Nutritional Services as well as Care Management and Discharge Planning through our Social Workers. We also offer transportation to all off-site dialysis, medical and lab appointments.
