Emery’s Assisted Living Achievers

Our assisted living communities are continuing to grow!  In collaboration with sales and marketing, we have launched two new programs.  The first program is a Resident Referral program.   Current assisted living residents and their families can receive up to $500.00 off their monthly rent when they refer a friend to our community.  When that person moves in, the referring family receives the discount on their monthly invoice.  The second program is a Summer Move-In Special.  If a referral moves in during the months of June, July, and August – that resident/family can save up to $5000.00 through waiving the community fee, waiving the room deposit, and keeping the level of care charge the same for 3 months.
