Introducing Align 30

The Human Resources Team is excited to roll-out New Hire Surveys, powered by Align.   You have heard the saying “You never get a second chance to make a good first impression.”  Mission Point values feedback from employees and is launching Align’s New Hire Survey series.   Align’s New Hire Survey measures a new employee’s needs at four crucial touchpoints during the first three months of employment – the first 7 days and then again at 30 days, 60 days, and 90 days.

In addition to gathering critical input from employees joining Mission Point, retaining top talent is key to a healthy organization.  This month, we are also rolling-out an electronic exit survey for any employee who voluntarily resigns from Mission Point.   This allows Mission Point to receive real-time data on employee turnover.  Having this information will help us build strategies to improve employee retention and target any potential areas of concern.  

How does it work?

Human Resources will enter all new hires into Align.  Once entered, the new employee will automatically receive a survey via text or email.   Upon exit, Human Resources will enter the termination date and the employee will receive an exit questionnaire to complete.  HR is notified when surveys are completed.
